Prepared a comprehensive report on the activity of the hotel’s web site for 2007, in preparation for build of a new  web presence.
Delivered training on GDS management.

Busy 4 star property, owner managed, city suburbs.
Project managed the implementation of a complete new infrastructure for Telecommunications, Local Area Network (LAN), Front Office System, Food and Beverage System and Back Office Systems. Tasks included, Vendor selection, price negotiation, training roll-out calendar and systems integration.
Prepared and managed the Hotel’s GDS system to maximise sales.

Project managed the complete re-vamp of the hotel’s internet presence.
Liaised with the hotel’s on-line marketing company and set targets for performance.
