STEP 1. - An initial meeting takes place which sets the benchmark for where the property is currently with regard to room distribution. Some of the following will be initially analysed:
1. What on-line operators are sending business to the hotel?
2. How much business is coming through the hotels web-site?
3. A Full analysis is carried out on where all business is coming from
4. Is the hotel in a marketing consortium & how is this performing?
5. Is the hotel achieving GDS revenue? if not why not?
STEP 2 - We look at the following:
1. Hotel pricing & competitors
2. Specific Target Markets
3. Revenue producing operators
4. Packaging and special offers
5. Strong text and graphics
STEP 3
1. Full report presented to the property
2. Methods of delivering recommendations are agreed
3. We implement the recommendations
